FABRICATION CAPABILITIES

In partnership with Fernco, we can offer fabricated products, specific to your site requirements. Fernco’s in-house, Australian-made capabilities help quickly turn around customised products (otherwise shipped from the UK) resulting in overall lower costs and quicker turn-around time.

The service also extends to supplying wrap-around couplers that can be used to repair a cracked pipe. Where access to the end of the pipe is not possible and/or a standard shear-banded coupling cannot be slipped over the pipe, our customised shear-banded couplers are supplied with a tongue and groove joint to provide a good seal.

We can also fabricate extra-wide shear-banded couplers that are 300mm wide instead of the usual 190mm wide to provide a better join and alignment on larger diameter pipes.

Working closely with Fernco, we guarantee that all specialist products manufactured are made in accordance with all local and international standards and are produced locally using the latest technology and rubber jointing methods.
